Plans and pricing
We offer two monthly plans, an hourly rate for one-off tasks, and bundled pricing by project. Every plan includes a set number of service hours, with additional hours billed at the rate shown below.

Blue Package — $600 Monthly
Includes 3 hours of service, with additional hours at an hourly rate of $65 an hour.
- Weekly detailed site inspection of the property and landscaping. All concerns reported to you immediately.
- Oversee vendors for monthly maintenance and services as needed for the property.
- Manage any project associated with the property, including providing vendors for you to choose from.
- Oversee any city-required upgrade or modification to existing services.
- Oversee and report on any repairs for wear and tear, damage and building maintenance required at the property.
- Meet with all vendors needed for quotes and repairs.
- Onsite to meet and coordinate delivery of items you have ordered for the property.
- Monthly report including a summary of fees, concerns noted during inspections, and recommendations for any needed maintenance or repairs.
Gold Package — $900 Monthly
Includes 5 hours of service, with additional hours at an hourly rate of $50 an hour.
- Weekly detailed site inspection of the property and landscaping, with a weekly detailed report provided to you.
- Oversee vendors for monthly maintenance and services as needed for the property.
- Manage any project associated with the property, including providing vendors for you to choose from.
- Oversee any city-required upgrade or modification to existing services.
- Oversee and report on any repairs for wear and tear, damage and building maintenance required at the property.
- Meet with all vendors needed for quotes and repairs.
- Onsite to meet and coordinate delivery of items you have ordered for the property.
- Monthly report including a summary of fees, concerns noted during inspections, and recommendations for any needed maintenance or repairs.
Per Hour Rate and Travel Fee Schedule
- Hourly rate of $65 an hour.
- A mileage charge of $1.00 per mile is applied for site visits and coordination outside a 5-mile radius of South Lake Tahoe (the Y area).
- Per-project bundle pricing is available upon request. Time for the project is billed at $65.00 an hour.
